Horizon Interest Only

Tierra Capital Corp is pleased to announce a new loan product that has an interest only option. The Horizon product was developed for borrowers requiring high LTV’s and high loan amounts for Stated Income, No Ratio and No Doc. Some highlights of the Horizon program include the following:

· Unlimited cash out at restricted LTV’s
· Unlimited acreage
· No MI option available
· High loan amounts up to $4,000,000 on Full Doc and Stated Income
· DO/DU findings allowed up to $650,000 on Full Doc
· 100% CLTV allowed on Full Doc
· 100% gift program available on Full Doc

Interest only option highlights include:
· The Horizon product now offers a 10 year interest only option on all of the ARM programs. (Full doc, stated income, no ratio and no doc).
